Income Protection Cover*

Eligible members are covered for sickness and accidents 24 hours - 7 days a week.

Many of our union negotiated enterprise agreements include income protection insurance.

This covers eligible members for sickness and accident 24 hours - 7 days a week.

You can access a list of companies that already have Income protection at the link here.

However, not all agreements include income protection so your union can now offer you a group policy through our TWU WA membership.

This basic cover is available for both employees and owner-drivers who are financial members of the TWU.

And available at 2 different price points

Option 1: $13.05 per week**

Option 2: $17.10 per week**

85% of income maximum of $1,000 a week   85% of income maximum of $1,500 a week 
 Maximum benefit is 104 weeks   Maximum benefit is 104 weeks

 Injury benefit is available to members up to 70 years of age and sickness benefit up to 65 years of age.
