Pay & Conditions

I drive for a living - am I being underpaid?

The TWU has enterprise bargaining agreements (EBA's) with most transport firms in WA.

We set the pay and conditions standards for transport workers throughout Australia

The pay rates listed below are examples of the 2019 EBA rates being paid - at most unionised firms.

The pay rates and conditions included in our agreements are significantly greater than those in awards, which are little more than minimum standards.

WA firms paying the right rates include: CCS, Hindles, Toll, Patricks, Skippers, Intercon, Linfox, Fremantle Freight & Storage, FCL, K&S, Sadliers, P&O, SCT, and Temples - just to name a few.

Pay Rates

The following EBA rates are for ordinary hours, after which overtime clocks in. Rates vary a little from company to company but these are indicative of what is being paid under our EBA's.
